The tenant was disheartened by sterile beige linoleum and dull kitchen splashbacks. Using peel-and-stick luxury vinyl planks laid directly over the existing vinyl and tension shelf systems, the flat gained immediate warmth.

- Covered 24m² of clinical tile with herringbone luxury vinyl planks without any glue.
- Installed high-tack Command adhesive picture ledges carrying up to 7kg of framed photography.
- Upgraded standard plastic kitchen cabinet handles with leather pull tabs using existing screw holes.
